I will never forget my first success school ,didn't really know what to expect . A quick bit of honesty here before i get into this though. I have suffered from social anxiety for years ,being around alot of people doesn't work for me . I'm not sure how many people were at my very first school i attended but it was enough to stir up my anxiety...so i ended up sitting in the product store listening to the powerful stories of others,tons of product information,and lots of "nuggets"of information about the advocare business.
 During my time in the product store a man came and sat at the table with me ,he asked if the seat was taken ,i said no . He introduced himself as David and we started talking about our advocare stories and sharing things we love about the products . After about 15 minutes he said he had to go speak on stage ,i was thinking i was sitting and talking with someone very important but he was a really down to earth guy to sit and talk to me like he did.
 I could hear him speaking on stage pretty much the same stuff he was telling me ,so i figured it was just another amazing product story. While this was going on i noticed the advocare product store people were setting up this table filled with product and stuff...well about the time he stopped speaking and Christina come into the store and said it was time to go...of course before we left we stood in line to get some product to take home with us. Not even noticing what was going on at the table. It wasn't till we left and walked past the table ,that same man i had spoken to one on one was signing autographs for people ,putting his signature on pictures of himself! Who was this guy? After we got back to where we were staying i did some searching and found him! I had sat and had a regular conversation with David Starr! I couldn't believe it! Hes a famous athlete!

Face your fears

I have been in this advocare business for a while now and one thing i always run into is people being fearful of the "what ifs". Most of the time the what ifs are negative,but try replacing the negative ones with positive what ifs. For example instead of what if i get started and i don't sell or am not able to sell? Let your mind think of the what if i get involved with advocare and i am able to sell like crazy and earn trips,rookie bonuses,and are able to build a massive business that will completely change my life forever?
 Let go of the negative fears and jump in with both feet because you never know until you try!

With all the talk i see in the news about Lance Armstrong and his apparent doping and lying about using performance enhancing products really has me thinking I'm glad i know what goes into my body.
Now back in the day i took stuff from places like GNC and The Vitamin Store ,but honestly the only reason i took them is because i wanted to be like those body builder types big and strong you know. I knew nothing about what i was actually putting in my body,what can i say i was young and stupid....now i like to think i am older and wiser.

Spark...to keep humans from hibernating (especially in the winter)

Have you ever had one of those mornings that you just struggle to get out of bed? well i had one of those mornings this morning...see yesterday it was sunny and beautiful ya know Texas spring like weather. With the weather man predicting tornado and rain...well that didn't happen ! Instead we got ice and sleet! Yes ice and sleet! I woke up this morning and did not want to get out of my warm comfy bed,this happens alot to me in the winter.One thing that gets me out of bed is advocare spark!
 I have been into advocare for quite some time , I honestly don't remember the first time i tried spark which actually may be a sin in the world of advocare but oh well I'm human and I've slept since then hahahaha.
 I have a very sensitive pallet and I'm a very picky eater,so that says alot about the taste of spark..not to mention all the other advocare products . It has to taste GREAT for me to have taken it every day (sometimes 2 times a day) for years . And that also speaks volumes on the effectiveness of spark to work consistently every time!
 Ive heard spark called alot of different things "happy mommy juice" is the first that comes to mind. I highly recommend spark for anyone with kids! Keeping up with little ones if a full time job on its own and like most American families both parents have full time jobs as well as raising kids.

not enough time?

I get asked all the time why advocare? well my answer to that is simple...IT WORKS!
But when i approach people about advocare 98% of the answers i get is "i just don't have the time"
see the thing is having an advocare business creates that time for you to spend with your family .
 When we started pursuing advocare as a business we had 1 child and both worked full time jobs as well as Christina being a college student,we didn't have time at all . Fast forward a few years we now have a 7 month old along with a soon to be 4 year old and we are now both in school and working ..but the great thing is we have built a business that we have been able to work on our own pace part time to stash away money . We have used this extra income to get 80% out of debt and to build a savings for our future.

The Road Less Traveled

Our story began about 6 or 7 years ago my soon to be wife Christina went to a bridal expo . There she met and was sparked by a advocare leader . Christina enjoyed the feeling spark gave her so much in fact she went back and placed an order for whats now known at the 24 day challenge. Needless to say i was the skeptical one ,having tried everything under the sun to lose weight with little to no results or if i had results i would gain two times the weight back if i stopped taking what i was taking!
 So Christina talked me into doing the 24 day challenge because she had seen awesome results with it ,i started day one with a slightly open mind and some skepticism . In the back of my mind i was thinking this wasn't going to work,but by day three that would all change ! Feeling tons more energy and a few pounds lighter my eyes were slowly opening to the power of advocare products.
Fast forward to the beginning of day 11 i was down 12 lbs and 1 and 1/2 inches off my waist...I WAS SHOCKED!
 After being on and off product several times in since then something kept calling us back to advocare...it was like we were meant to be involved with this company in a bigger way.
 After making the big decision to finally dig our heels in and get healthy for many reasons we both took the 24 day challenge again and have been on product ever since! Because of us being healthy and taking the products consistently Christina and I have been blessed with 2 beautiful children (we didn't even think we would be able to have 1 let alone 2) and have even started to build our own advocare business . People saw we had awesome results and wanted to know so we started sparking people!
